Tunnels and downhole infrastructure are specifically challenging for relief forces, as their basic conditions require not only physical effort, but also a particular equipment for the response forces. We aim to survey the requirements specifically of the  interfaces of afflicted organizations (fire brigade, executive, emergency medical services, Austrian Armed Forces, mine rescue team, construction- and operating personnel) and for the first time a curriculum for a realistic and mutually by emergency services and operators of downhole infrastructure organized education- and training program will be developed and prepared for realization. DCNA dedicates itself to the topic of security of relief forces from a social and psychological perspective.
